TumTum Cake FAQs 〰️

To ensure your cake is properly cared for please follow the following instructions:

Make sure to pick up cake from the bottom of the box.
Keep your cake level. To ensure this happens always set it on a completely flat surface.
Store your cake in a box in your refrigerator.
When taking your cake out make sure it is placed away from direct sunlight.
For buttercream cakes please take your cake out of the refrigerator 1 hour before serving and serve at room temperature.
Cake best enjoyed within 7 days.

to receive a full refund for your celebration cake, the cake must be canceled 72 hours prior to pick up.

If canceled after 72 hours then 50% of order cost will be refunded. Alternatively, Cakes can be rescheduled free of charge for another date.

If canceled less than 24hrs before cake pick up then no refund can be offered.
